in as few sets as possible

ROUND 2

D1: Push-Ups x 30-60

in as few sets as possible

D2: ***Walking Lunge x 200m

*Substitute with Burpee is DBs not available

** Bike / Row / Ski x 2000m if training indoors

*** If space is limited. perform 100 lunges in place
